Job Overview

Position: Bilingual Community Outreach Representative

Compensation: $500 Service Bonus

Company: HomeWorks Energy is seeking dedicated Community Outreach Representatives, offering a starting wage of $24.00 per hour plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your interpersonal skills gained from previous roles in sales, retail, or customer service to engage with the community through door-to-door outreach alongside your canvassing team. Enjoy a vibrant team environment, where discussions range from hobbies to shared interests, and opportunities for carpooling foster connections.

The main objective of this role is to drive customer acquisition, making it ideal for those who are comfortable initiating conversations with new people.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a dependable mode of transportation.
  • Willingness to travel to designated areas, potentially up to an hour away.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Language Requirement: Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $24.00 plus $5 commission.
  • Mileage reimbursement, along with health, dental, and vision insurance.
