Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Service: Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Language: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Paint and Coatings Experience: Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
