About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist (Onsite) to join our team at Equitable Services. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple phone lines, check clients in/out, and provide administrative support to Management.
  • Update directory and other administrative reports, and assist with incoming and outgoing correspondences.
  • Assist with running reports on an ad-hoc basis and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to Management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a supportive role, preferably in a customer service or business office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications.
