Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at De Novo Review Inc. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors, while ensuring seamless communication and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client and Visitor Relations: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, representing the firm in a positive light.
  • Communication and Confidentiality: Promote clear communication between reception and office clientele, adhering to confidentiality policies at all times.
  • Switchboard and Messaging: Answer incoming calls, take and deliver accurate messages via email or voicemail, as directed by attorneys or staff.
  • Event and Visitor Tracking: Keep track of events, office personnel, and visitors in the conference center and office.
  • Scheduling and Conference Room Management: Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and maintain accurate logs.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Receive and direct deliveries, keeping accurate logs.
  • Administrative Support: Assist administrative staff with tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Reception and Conference Room Maintenance: Maintain a polished appearance of reception and conference room areas at all times.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Law firm experience a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and presentation.
