The Smashbox Cosmetics team is seeking a highly skilled Cosmetic Sales Manager to join our strategic business development team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key retail partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales growth and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the cosmetics industry
  • Strong understanding of the cosmetics market and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary range: $85,000 - $139,600
