Job Description

L.E.A.P. for infants, Inc. is a leading provider of In-home Early Intervention services to children from 0 to 36 months of age, and Parent Education. Our mission is to enhance the lives of infants/toddlers and their parents or caregivers by using an individualized curriculum and innovative intervention plan.

As a Child Development Specialist, you will work with developmentally disabled and/or delayed infants, providing direct services in the consumer's natural environment (home). You will be responsible for writing progress reports, using the Revised Gesell Developmental Schedules as the main testing instrument, and collaborating with parents to develop experiences that promote positive interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Child Development or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience working with developmentally disabled and/or delayed infants. You will also need to be bilingual in Spanish and English, and have a reliable transportation to cover a minimum of 15 to 20 radius of the location applying for.
