Sales Development Trainee

We are a leading provider of in-home care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients. As a Sales and Management Development Trainee, you will play a vital role in our growth and success.
Job Responsibilities- Manage a team of healthcare professionals and place them on assignments
- Assist in the sales and marketing of our services to potential customers
- Foster relationships with current sales and referral sources, including hospitals and doctor's offices
- Assist the sales team in account acquisition and customer service
- Recruit external staff through various sources, such as the internet and nursing schools
- Assist in the hiring process, including interviews and background checks
- Perform general office operations
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 4-year college degree (BA/BS)
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to relocate and previous sales experience a plus
