A Day in Your Role.


As a Marketing Coordinator on the Business Insurance team, your main focus will be on the placement of insurance programs tailored for our Middle Market clients.

This role involves building and maintaining essential relationships with underwriters, assessing current and future insurance requirements, and collaborating with the service team and production staff to implement specific programs for prospects and clients.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with prospects and clients alongside the production team, which will be a significant aspect of your responsibilities.

Your Profile.

We are eager to connect with you if your professional background includes the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in property insurance, with a strong understanding of individual property and casualty coverage as well as risk management issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills when interacting with producers, account executives, carriers, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Qualifications.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are considered a plus:

- CIC, CPCU, or equivalent designations are preferred.
