Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing initiatives at Atticus Family Law, S.C. The ideal candidate will be skilled in orchestrating and executing marketing communication projects, focusing on social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand development.

Compensation

$45,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our social media platforms and respond to inquiries.
  • Contribute significantly to the marketing team by advising on digital, advertising, and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee and update content across all channels, including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics.
  • Provide monthly reports on analytics for web and social platforms, suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Create polished marketing materials such as website content, advertisements, and social media posts.
  • Familiarize yourself with and develop the firm's messaging and philosophy.
  • Assist in the development and adjustment of annual marketing plans.
  • Maintain a database of marketing activities and results.
  • Manage contact relationship management software and associated data.
  • Coordinate networking events and the firm's participation in community events.
  • Implement a top-of-mind awareness program, including newsletters and client communications.
  • Plan and oversee events such as parties, seminars, and speaking engagements.
  • Encourage gratitude among former clients for the firm's services.
  • Support client recruitment and onboarding as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity.
  • Strong understanding of current market trends.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and transcription software.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and colleagues under pressure.
