Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative III to join our team at Mitsubishi HC Capital America Inc. This role will be responsible for prospecting and growing relationships with our current vendor database, utilizing a combination of telephone, email, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage with underserved dealers to grow relationships and increase sales opportunities
  • Manage and input vendor and lead data into Salesforce
  • Provide value-added contributions to the Business Development Teams
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in lead generation and sales
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully generate sales opportunities and meet sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of Mitsubishi HC Capital America Inc.'s value proposition and dealer application process
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Work Environment:

  • Located in the Itasca, IL office
  • Five days per week

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,800.00 per year, with opportunities for monthly incentives.
