Strategic Business Development Executive

Captive Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive to lead our captive business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our captive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our captive solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on captive solutions and strategies
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to customers and stakeholders
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Travel extensively to meet with customers, brokers, and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in health insurance business development, underwriting, or related field
- Experience with employee benefits and/or self-funded medical plans
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively
