Job Title: AVP / VP, Captive Executive, Health Solutions

Captive Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive to lead our captive business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our captive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our captive solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on captive solutions and strategies
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers, brokers, and vendors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in health insurance business development, underwriting, or related field
  • Experience with employee benefits and/or self-funded medical plans
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively
