About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vehicle Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional who can leverage their skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient operations
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales tactics and improve performance
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to optimize sales outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in vehicle sales management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in coaching and developing talent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the automotive industry, its trends, and its challenges
  • Familiarity with F&I processes, business acumen, and industry pricing tools
