At Purple Cow Recruiting, we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and drive customer success
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new accounts

Salary: $255,000 - $332,200 per year (on-target earnings)

Requirements:

  • 8-18 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of achieving $1-2M annual revenue targets
  • Proven success in closing new enterprise deals and adding 8-12 new Fortune 500 accounts
  • Minimum of 3 years per role; candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered
