National Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive national revenue growth at Kept Companies. The ideal candidate will leverage their strategic thinking and customer relationship-building skills to develop and execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate key deals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales approaches and stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and project management strategies to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in facilities services or a comparable industry.
- Demonstrated success in selling single-service, multiple service, or bundled-service solutions within a prescribed geographic market.
The total compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, plus commission, as well as access to various benefit programs, including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401K savings plans, and two weeks of paid time off.
