Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Charter Sales Director to lead our charter sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales goals.

About the Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of charter sales specialists to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Create and execute sales strategies that expand our customer base and market reach.
  • Sell, book, and coordinate private jet trips for high-net-worth clients.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with JetRight's philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in aviation or charter services.
  • Proven success in managing teams and achieving sales goals.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Our competitive compensation package includes performance-based incentives and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
