Compact Equipment Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Compact Equipment Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of compact equipment to customers in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Provide expert knowledge and demonstrations of our compact equipment to customers, highlighting its features and benefits.
- Work closely with our parts and service teams to ensure seamless customer support and after-sales service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
- Proven sales experience in the construction equipment industry, preferably with a focus on compact equipment.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
