About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will actively engage with prospective customers to meet or exceed set quotas and goal objectives focused on the Medical/Academic or Health/Wellness industries. This individual will be essential in building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody's values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and promote InBody's professional line of Body Composition Analyzers, highlighting their functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Develop and foster relationships with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Execute sales strategies, adhering to current and any updated strategies, KPIs, and policies.
  • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment in CRM software.
  • Research and understand the target market by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody's overall market opportunity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day).
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho).
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows.
  • Proficiency with Office365 and type 40+ WPM.
  • Able to commute to the office located in Cerritos, CA.
Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding quota in fitness, nutrition, medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or related field.
