Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at InBody. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify and target potential customers within the defined market segment.
  • Utilize various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events, to engage with prospects and generate new leads.
  • Communicate with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges, and assess their level of interest and qualification to determine their potential as a valuable customer.
  • Effectively manage and organize leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and progress leads through the sales funnel, qualifying them for handover to the key account manager.
  • Collaborate with the professional sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share valuable insights gathered from interactions with prospects.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our offerings, and showcasing the value of our products/services and their potential impact on the prospect's business.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1+ years of sales experience desired but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (100+/day).
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and qualifying leads, resulting in successful handoffs to the sales closing team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows as needed.
  • Ability to lift 65lbs.
