Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Analyst to join our team at HarmonyCares Medical Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing scheduling strategies to optimize patient engagement and ensure efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain provider schedules to meet patient needs, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
  • Manage provider census through proactive risk management, minimizing no-shows and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with local leadership to maximize scheduling system efficiency and ensure patient requests are communicated effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with patients and family members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless care transitions.
  • Escalate scheduling concerns and issues, both internally and externally, to ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to patient confidentiality policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of data protection.
  • Attend required meetings and in-services, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
  • Collaborate with manager, teammates, and other HarmonyCares employees to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of college education or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of healthcare-related experience, with a strong understanding of medical terminology, conditions, illnesses, and treatment practices.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex, real-time issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think logically and process sequentially with high detail accuracy and efficiency.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with a strong foundation in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
