Job Title: Dispatcher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team at CRSG Construction & Realty Services Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that inspectors' daily schedules run efficiently and that we meet client needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate all inspections to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Proactively plan, forecast, and dispatch inspections to minimize unnecessary costs and build customer confidence.
- Communicate the status of service calls to customers while in progress and follow up after completion.
- Determine the best course of action to address inspector and client concerns in a timely manner.
- Work closely with various departments to provide administrative tracking support.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with employees, customers, and industry partners.

- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through ability.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
