As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a day-to-day calendar of client scheduled events, staffing them with the appropriate vendor personnel, and liaising this information between sales, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a day-to-day calendar of client scheduled events
  • Staff events with vendor personnel
  • Liaise information between sales, clients, and vendors
  • Set up assignments and documentation in various databases
  • Confirm next day's calendar with clients and vendors
  • Answer client emails and phone calls
  • Document key information in job folders
  • Proactively source new vendors

Requirements:

  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
