Sodexo is in search of a motivated and enthusiastic culinary leader to take on the role of Culinary Operations Manager. This position is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of food service and kitchen management.

The Culinary Operations Manager will spearhead culinary initiatives through strategic menu development and operational execution while overseeing kitchen activities. This role aims to enhance the dining experience through innovative culinary practices and exceptional food presentation.

We are seeking candidates who will:

oversee daily food production, including planning and quality control; uphold Sodexo Culinary Standards, ensuring recipe adherence and food excellence; manage food costs, compliance, and inventory effectively; design menus that cater to diverse dietary needs; maintain high expectations for customer satisfaction and food quality; demonstrate the ability to train and develop kitchen staff; exhibit a passion for culinary arts and innovation; possess knowledge of dietary restrictions and allergens; and familiarity with Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will possess:

a robust culinary background with a keen awareness of contemporary culinary trends; outstanding leadership and communication skills, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards; prior experience in a high-volume food service environment; and strong management capabilities.

Compensation Information

Sodexo offers competitive and equitable compensation, which is influenced by a candidate's educational background and relevant experience. The salary range for this position is based on specific criteria, including experience, skills, education, and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services, including various food service environments.
