Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our expanding team as the Director of Regional Operations. This role is pivotal in overseeing multiple culinary accounts across the Mid-Atlantic region, with significant travel expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of culinary strategies and programs across various locations.
- Manage the operational, growth, and profitability aspects of culinary accounts within the designated region.
- Collaborate closely with onsite culinary directors to enhance food quality and dining experiences.
- Participate in new business initiatives, including market surveys and presentations.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for menu enhancements and program development.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of culinary experience.
- 5-8 years of management experience, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Experience managing multiple accounts in the food and dining sector.
