Job Summary

Granite Galleria, a leading custom stone fabrication shop, seeks a highly organized and customer-focused Office Administrator/Showroom Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing showroom operations, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Escort customers through our showroom and warehouse to select countertop materials
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide quotes
  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate job templates and installation dates, and update our online calendar
  • Enter purchase orders, estimates, and invoices into our accounting system
  • Collect and process payments
  • Inventory and reorder office and shop supplies
  • Assist with scheduling jobs and adjusting online schedules
  • Ensure seamless communication between office and shop operations

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
  • Knowledge of countertop materials a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Reliable transportation
  • A team player with a supportive attitude
