Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to provide administrative support to our team at Washington Auto Mall. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have a strong ability to multitask.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing basic bookkeeping tasks, and utilizing office equipment and procedures. They will also assist in office management and organization procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and check issuance
  • Utilize office equipment and procedures, including photocopiers, printers, and computers
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
Additional Responsibilities
  • Monthly newsletter creation and distribution
  • Document creation and typing
  • Payoff folder management
Personal Work/Time Management
  • Review and analyze actions regularly to improve time management and planning
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the dealership's vision, mission, and values
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Hours of work will vary between 32-40 hours per week, depending on the needs of the office.
