**Responsibilities**
- Provide individualized support to residents in all aspects of their daily lives.

**Requirements**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
