About the Job

We are currently seeking a skilled Disability Care Coordinator to join our team at Bridgewell. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in Level 2 residential programs, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include creating opportunities for individuals to learn and grow, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for transporting individuals as needed and working closely with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. Prior experience working with people with disabilities is an asset, but not necessary.
