Job Details

This Residential Care Assistant 2 role provides essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities during the overnight hours in our Level 2 residential programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support individuals with daily activities and provide interventions as needed.
  2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual progress and program operations.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and services.
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies to address complex needs and behaviors.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
