Job Title: Caregiver and Support Associate

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Residential Care Associate at Change Incorporated, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our residents. Your duties will include:

  • Engaging with residents and completing assigned shift duties
  • Monitoring resident behavior and reporting any unusual changes or concerns
  • Assisting with medication administration and documentation
  • Completing required shift logs and communicating with staff and management
  • Providing clear and accurate pass-downs to oncoming staff

Shift Details: This position requires working Thursday - Sunday, 11pm-7am.
