About the Role

We are looking for a Residential Care Worker to join our team at Centerboard, Inc. This is a full-time overnight shift position, with the opportunity to work two part-time weekend morning shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting residents in their daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and incidents.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Support residents in their daily living activities, including meal preparation and transportation.
  2. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and incidents, including progress notes and critical incident reports.
  3. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
  4. Participate in trainings and maintain professional development throughout the role.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; previous experience working with youth or others in a residential setting preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
