Residential Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Care Specialist to join our team at Centerboard, Inc. As a Residential Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to residents, including daily living activities, medication administration, and behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident interactions, progress notes, and incident reports.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to treatment planning, and collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Perform routine facility checks, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff.
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with residents, promoting positive interactions and behaviors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass initial competency evaluation and ongoing assessments.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
