We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team at the Nevada System of Higher Education. This is a full-time, non-tenured, administrative position that reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities- Administer a wide range of human resources functions, including records management, payroll transactions, electronic contracts, leave and time off, new hire and benefits orientations, benefits management, and recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide human resources support to System Administration and System Computing Services.
- Coordinate with the Director to execute performance evaluations, recruitment and talent acquisition, compensation and classification, employee relations, and training programs.
- Manage the Workday system records, ensuring employee, position, and compensation data are consistently correct.
- Oversee the annual processing and renewal of professional employees' electronic contracts.
- Assist with internal and external reporting requirements, including data requests and compliance with regulations.
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Three years of progressive experience in human resources or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
- Advanced computer skills, including software such as Microsoft Office and the Internet.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
- A competitive salary range of $75,000.00 to $85,000.00, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
