Job Overview

As a Guest Engagement Supervisor at Trump Hotel Las Vegas, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maximizing revenue. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in reservations systems and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Guest Engagement agents, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze agent productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management and other departments to optimize room inventory and maximize revenue.
  • Provide exceptional service recovery for guest complaints, working closely with other departments to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to drive business results.
Requirements
  • High school degree required; four-year college degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of reservations agent experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Expert knowledge of reservations systems, including Opera PMS and SynXis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external guests.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
