Job Title: FOH Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FOH Supervisor to join our team at Water Grill Las Vegas. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, leading a team of servers and bartenders, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and cleanliness are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of servers and bartenders to provide exceptional guest service
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are fully stocked
  • Train and develop team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food
  • High school graduate, some college
  • Previous supervisor experience
  • Food Handler Card
  • Ability to communicate in a satisfactory manner, both verbal and written English
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to Guests
  • Ability to focus attention to performance of tasks despite frequent stressful, or unusual interruptions
  • Ability to suggestively sell menu items and beverages
  • Ability to converse calmly with irate Guests, co-workers or supervisors in sometimes tense situations
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain complete knowledge of the front of house standards
  • Correct maintenance and use of food serving/preparation equipment
  • Experience with Point-of-sale procedures
