Job Overview

The Vehicle Return Customer Service Agent plays a vital role in the airport team, acting as a representative of the brand by delivering the quickest, simplest, and most valued service to our clientele. This position is dedicated to offering attentive, polite, and prompt assistance to customers during their vehicle return process.

Compensation $14.00 (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by overseeing the vehicle return process, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Greet all customers warmly and maintain a professional demeanor, assisting with luggage and addressing inquiries in a friendly manner.
  • Provide customers with a detailed invoice and a comprehensive explanation of their charges.
  • Address customer concerns and issues professionally, utilizing effective service techniques. When necessary, escalate queries to the Team Leader for resolution before the customer departs.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, documenting any new damages or significant cleaning needs, and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Check fuel levels and mileage, clearly communicating final charges to the customer.
  • Collect vehicle keys from customers, ensuring they remain with the vehicle while reminding them to retrieve personal belongings. Offer assistance as needed.
  • Promote continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback with the team and participating in action planning to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional appearance that aligns with providing top-tier customer service according to established guidelines.
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested by management or Team Leaders.
  • Keep the work area organized and free from clutter.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong passion for customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service within a high-volume or service-oriented setting.
  • Demonstrated strong sales abilities and the capacity to engage customers in a friendly manner.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
Must Be Able To:
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English. Candidates fluent in additional languages are encouraged to apply.
