Position Summary
The role of the Territory Manager is pivotal in driving sales growth and enhancing market presence. This position is tasked with meeting sales targets through strategic account management, focusing on Health Care Professionals, key diabetes institutions, and managed care organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives while ensuring profitability within Insulet's established guidelines.
- Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to promote product recommendations and drive market share growth.
- Expand brand loyalty within strategic accounts, including private practices and major medical centers.
- Conduct outreach to raise awareness and stimulate demand for Insulet's product offerings within the designated territory.
- Collaborate with operational and customer service teams to address professional contacts and inquiries.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience is required.
- Prior experience in the medical device sector, particularly in diabetes, is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare field.

Skills and Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.
- Ability to execute sales strategies effectively while managing a territory budget.
