Sales Manager

At Brenntag, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers in their assigned territory or industry to maximize sales and profit.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall sales efforts of the Account Managers, including identifying, prioritizing, and converting new opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and industry/product experts to deliver increased product baskets and solutions for customers.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with Account Managers to provide feedback and guidance.
- Review team performance, discuss market changes, and refine commercial tactics.
- Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in line with Brenntag's codes, guidelines, and local and international legislation.
- Post-secondary education with a focus in Business, Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership experience in the chemical distribution business.
- Proven management competencies, including achieving strong sales growth and delivering against business objectives.
