Job Description

**Regional Commercial Manager**

At ADM, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Commercial Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for managing the commercial operations of our Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN Flour mills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the milling commercial strategy to maximize profits through management of grain procurement, product sales, and customer service.
  • Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the facility, operating with an owner's mindset and having a strategic thought process.
  • Manage the competitive landscape, actively partnering with Sales on Mill strategy, product mix, customer base, and local customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors, serving as the voice of the milling business.
  • Partner with local Operations and Quality to drive efficiencies and growth, and manage a team of support staff.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of experience in milling or commercial management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Agriculture-related field.
  • Highly motivated and competitive, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
