Job Overview

The Regional Operations Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability at our hotels. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to General Managers and departmental managers, ensuring that all properties meet Company and Brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve financial goals and improve efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to General Managers and departmental managers to enhance their leadership skills.
  • Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to implement HR initiatives and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Company and Brand standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management or multi-unit management.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing, financial reporting, and cost controls.
  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English, bilingual a plus (Spanish).
  • Ability to organize multiple projects, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, moving, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to handle objects, bend, stoop, and kneel.
