We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Device Sales Specialist to join our team in the Surgical Pain Management division. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the surgical pain management space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital administrators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical affairs, and regulatory, to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers on the use of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in the surgical pain management space.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
