Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of programmatic traders, driving client and agency objectives while exemplifying the player-coach position.
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure clients remain competitive in key areas, including first-party data management and activation, CTV consolidation, and retail measurement.
  • Understand margin drivers and optimize adoption across the book of business.
  • Establish yourself as an internal Subject Matter Expert, sharing your point of view with the wider trading team on topics ranging from best practices to test and learn results.
  • Contribute to the product process, providing detailed feedback to product managers.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, including Technical Support, Solutions Architects, Account Management, Business Development, and Product.
  • Effectively communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead data-driven conversations, utilizing the TTD platform and custom reporting to provide insights and tell client-relevant stories.
  • Consult with clients on campaign goals and strategies to maximize the value of the TTD platform.
  • Operate as a power user of the TTD UI, empowering clients to become power users and execute successful advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Sales Executives to educate clients, grow business portfolios, and ensure buyers are up-to-date on TTD's evolving products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with client planning, trading, and analytical teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to solve complex technical problems, including cross-platform frequency analysis, consumer journey visualizations, and API solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of consultative, client-facing work in ad tech, digital marketing, finance, or other data-heavy industries, with 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Previous DSP experience is highly recommended, with a focus on optimizing campaigns and implementing previous learnings.
  • Experience working cross-functionally internally and externally to solve complex troubleshooting problems and drive business results.
  • A proven track record of driving value by forging strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies using data.
  • Effective at onboarding and managing a small team, with the ability to clearly communicate roles and responsibilities, hold team members accountable for results, and provide constant feedback.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the digital marketplace and the US media marketplace as a whole, with a strong foundation in DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, programmatic execution, verification partners, and data partnerships.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders at the Brand and Advertiser level.
  • A proven track record of using data to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, joining data sets, complex formulas, etc.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
