Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of programmatic traders and contribute to larger client and agency objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure clients stay competitive in key areas, including first-party data management and activation, CTV consolidation, and retail measurement.
  • Understand margin drivers and increase adoption across the book of business.
  • Contribute to the product process and provide detailed feedback to product managers.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, including Technical Support, Solutions Architects, Account Management, Business Development, and Product.
  • Communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of consultative, client-facing work in ad tech, digital marketing, finance, or other data-heavy industries.
  • 2+ years of experience in managerial positions.
  • Previous DSP experience is highly recommended.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to solve complex troubleshooting problems and drive business results.
  • Proven track record of driving value by forging strong relationships with clients and recommending best strategies using data.
  • Effective at onboarding and managing a small team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketplace and broader understanding of the US media marketplace.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
