Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to assess their insurance needs and propose tailored solutions.
Incoming Inquiries: Manage incoming calls effectively, providing prompt responses and solutions to client queries.
Policy Development: Create insurance plans that cater to each client's distinct requirements.
Cross-Selling Opportunities: Recognize chances to enhance client portfolios with additional insurance products.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Ongoing Education: Keep abreast of industry developments to offer clients current and relevant advice.
Qualifications
Licensing: An active Missouri Property & Casualty License is advantageous.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Client-Centric Approach: A solid commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Flexibility: Ability to succeed in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining high productivity.
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively with team members to foster positive relationships.
