Technical Help Desk Associate

As an IT Support Technician with Connection, you will be responsible for user account setup and maintenance, new user, computer, mobile device and peripheral setup, maintenance, and support. You will also serve as the primary contact for user and systems support, providing training and documentation of problem resolutions within trouble tickets. Additionally, you will monitor dashboards and respond to incidents/alerts, perform system imaging and deployment, and travel periodically to our satellite offices.
In terms of qualifications and experience, we are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, relevant certifications, and 3-5 years of IT support experience in a Windows environment. Strong people and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Active Directory, Print Management, and Windows Server are also essential.
