Technical Help Desk Professional

Responsibilities include responding to incoming requests, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and assisting with IT-related tasks. The successful candidate will also participate in technology projects and contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases.
This is an in-person, 5-day a week role. The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401K and Paid Time Off (PTO).
