Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads to identify prospective clients
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in real estate sales
  • Follow up on leads diligently until appointments are secured with a listing or buyer's agent
  • Maintain communication with homebuyers through various channels to ensure brand recall when they are ready to make a purchase again
  • Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track the team's progress towards company objectives
  • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clientele
  • Utilize CRM systems to gather and maintain updated customer information for agents' reference
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and manage them effectively
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one
  • Previous sales experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Opportunity for earning commissions is available
