Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations and Administration
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Front-of-House Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a full-service restaurant.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills, including Web-based applications and point-of-sale systems.
The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
