About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead our financial partnerships efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure and expand relationships with member banks and new prospects.
  • Spearhead the development of comprehensive business development strategies aligned with industry trends and member needs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of business development professionals, setting clear expectations and performance goals.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with current clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and engagement levels.
  • Manage and monitor key performance metrics, including revenue goals, sales pipeline progress, and team performance.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in financial services, sales, or strategic planning, focusing on driving business development and revenue growth.
  • Proven leadership experience, with 5+ years managing teams, setting expectations, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, including experience with sales strategies and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with financial technology and innovative banking products, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives in a collaborative environment.
