Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth, project management, and customer service. This role involves increasing sales revenue, providing world-class customer service, and supporting an experienced production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain a thorough knowledge of Alphagraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
  • Routinely resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project progress, and sales performance.

Requirements
  • Proven sales growth experience, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with printing, design, and signs is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $38,400 - $44,800 per annum, based on experience, as well as opportunities for bonuses and commissions. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) matching program.
