At Connor Minesinger - State Farm Agency in Marietta, GA, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Compensation PackageThe selected candidate will enjoy a competitive base salary of $55,000 per year, plus generous commission opportunities that can significantly increase earnings potential.
Job DescriptionThis role involves developing insurance quotes, creating sales presentations, and closing deals with clients. The ideal candidate will be able to establish strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop insurance quotes and create persuasive sales presentations
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support
- Maintain a high level of productivity and work ethic, with a strong commitment to success
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty license, a Life & Health license, and 1-2 years of sales experience. A proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong ability to build trust with clients.
